Join a Global Automotive Leader

HELLA, an internationally positioned automotive supplier under the brand FORVIA, is seeking a Quality Process Manager to lead the regional Six Sigma and quality network in ASIA Pacific. As the Six Sigma Master Black Belt for the APAC region, you will play a crucial role in training, coaching, and guiding technical problem solving. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing trainings on Six Sigma, Computer Aided Quality (CAQ), and other corporate quality methods, as well as consulting development and production departments on the correct application of quality methods. You will collaborate with top management and stakeholders to define resource plans, goals, and priorities, ensuring the deployment and competence development of quality methods. In addition, you will introduce new standardized processes and quality methods in coordination with the corporate quality organization, all while ensuring existing quality standards are upheld.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical, or Automotive industry, with a preference for knowledge in lighting and electronic products
  • Professional experience in development and production
  • Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (DMAIC) or DFSS
  • Deep Knowledge in quality methods such as statistics, DOE, capabilities, FMEA, FTA, Weibull
  • Effective communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Minitab
  • Willingness to travel for international project work
