BROMMA boasts a widespread sales and service network, with sales offices on every continent and a vast agent network to provide customer support worldwide. Purpose of the position Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Support the sales manager in generating quotes, processing orders (including customs procedures and logistics), overseeing the entire sales order process, ensuring prompt delivery to customers, and maintaining communication between customers and sales regarding order logistics.
  • Provide project support throughout the sales process, including supplier registration, procurement of bidding documents, and bid preparation.
  • Organize and manage sales-related documentation and materials, including filing and archiving.
  • Assist in offline marketing activities like exhibitions and internal meetings.
  • Aid department leaders in internal affairs management and meeting support.
What you'll need to succeed Education:
  • Hold a college degree or higher, with a major in port machinery and a good understanding of port equipment.
  • 大专及以上学历, 港机相关专业对港口设备熟悉
Experience:
  • Possess practical experience in import/export customs clearance and transportation of port machinery products, along with business assistant/sales support experience (preferably in port equipment or marine/heavy industries).
  • 有港机产品进出口报关及运输的实际经验,以及商务助理/销售支持的相关工作经验(港口设备制造及海工相关行业、重工行业优先)
Competencies:
  • Proficient in office tools like Excel, PPT, and Google Platform usage.
  • CET4 or higher certification, with English proficiency for daily work.
  • Strong communication and comprehension skills, high sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and proactive service mindset.
