YOUR ROLE
  • The Engineer is responsible for performing laboratory testing and assist AE in application test, customer complaint analysis & competitive market research, generate the professional laboratory test reports.
  • Assis AE to design and set up no-standard laboratory testing method & facilities to solve and simulate customer issue.
  • Prepare and conduct internal technical training & sharing.
  • Support lab related special projects for digital and automation implementation.
  • Train and coach new employee in a systematic way.
  • Participate laboratory 5S maintenance and continuous improvement.
