In your new role you will:

  • Responsible for gathering business needs and creating design documents, assisting tech teams during the build and implementation phases, managing and conducting user acceptance testing, and supporting the launch of new projects.
  • Analyze and explore procurement data across systems and tools, evaluate and enhance current site processes within the procurement team.
  • Manage daily tasks for specific categories, conduct supplier searches, handle RfQ/Contracts, generate purchase orders based on approved requests, and track timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders including category managers, procurement engineers, and end-users.
  • Complete various assigned tasks by the department head, such as departmental reporting and others.

You are the right fit for this role if you have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration Management, Data Science and Big Data, or Microelectronics Science and Engineering.
  • 2–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Sound knowledge of factory procurement principles, especially in EQ/Spare parts.
  • Experience with AP S/4 Hana and SAP ARIBA is a plus.
  • Background in project management and working in international teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • High work ethics, responsibility, and a positive attitude.
