Credit Control Specialist at Infineon in Shanghai

In your new role you will:

  • Assist the team and/or to be responsible for the assigned customers, in Credit Control tasks such as :
    • Manage Account Receivables for assigned customers in Asia Pacific where invoices are expected to be paid timely.
    • Communicate with banks in China for the AR collection in different trade modes to ensure the AR can be credited bank accounts in shortest time.
    • Support to the SAFE incoming funds declaration.
    • Identify /anticipate issues hindering payment, follow up and expedite internal customers (such as Sales, Internal Sales, CLM, Shipping) and external customers (such as Purchasing and Cashier /Accountant) for issues to be solved as quickly as possible to enable payment from assigned customers.
  • Invoice management
  • Prepare and update cash forecast for assigned customers based on sound assumptions and experience.
  • Prepare reports to Credit Control team in Asia Pacific, facilitating Accounts receivables management.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • +5 years work experience in Finance
  • +2 years work experience in Credit Control.
  • Fluent English in reading and writing.
  • Good MS skill, SAP experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor degree in finance.
  • Good communication skill and proactive.
