What a typical day looks like:

负责某消费类产品线不良品的维修和分析; 管理维修团队,达成不良品班清班结,满足产线及时交货; 提供日分析总结报告,协助生产团队不断提升产品良率; 参与批量或异常故障分析,形成失效分析报告,并分享给团队、客人或供应商改善良率。

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

大专或以上学历,电子相关专业; 两年以上从事产品失效分析、维修经验(应届毕业生可放宽该要求); 熟悉电子、电路知识,熟悉消费类电子产品生产工艺和测试流程; 熟悉各电测类仪器使用(如万用表、示波器等),具备电子零件量测、基础电子电路分析等能力; 能够熟练使用烙铁风枪拆装PCBA元器件; 熟练办公软件,能读懂、回复英文邮件,制作英文版本失效分析报告; 良好的沟通及协调能力,有一定团队管理能力,能够承受一定的工作压力。
