In 1984 and 1998 respectively, Evelyne Chetrite and Judith Milgrom wanted to empower women in all facets of their everyday lives. Sandro, then Maje were created in Paris and continue to be directed by their founders. In 2008, Sandro also dresses men with the creative touch of Ilan Chetrite. In 2019, the Group acquired Fursac.

The eponymous brand Claudie Pierlot was founded in 1984 and acquired by SMCP in 2009.

The Group embodies the stories of bold and passionate women, driven by the same ambition: to create luxury products, no-frills fashion, for everybody.

Job description

Gross margin analysis, keep a tracking for gross margin by each channel and brand in a monthly and quarterly basis, to ensure the discount plan is in line with company strategy.

Working closely with e-Com team, for digital sales, paid traffic, store commission and other expense, to have a better control for P/L Business control. Identify the opportunities in business to improve the operational efficiency. Take the lead of monthly review with business to drive profitability.

Keep tracking the actual expense with each department, to identify any opportunities and risks for Full year budget to management.

Work together with accounting team for monthly closing, to ensure all booking be accuracy.

Monthly management report preparing and review.

Be involved in the Annual budget and rolling forecast, to support Great China FP&A manager.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

7-10 Years' experience in FP&A experience in Retail and FMCG industry, and good accounting knowledge for both China GAAP and IFRS is a required.

Excellent command in spoken & written English and Chinese are necessary, spoken French is a plus.

Excellent Excel and PPT is a necessary.

Data analysis and creation ability is a mandatory requirement.

Be able to work independently under the pressure.

Good communication and presentation skills.
