Job Description:

In depth understanding of China Automotive Market and Tier 1 Formulate, execute and optimize account strategy for sustainable & profitable growth at customer Identify the projects with high growth potential and acquire resources /competencies to maximize design wins Monitor the sales and demand creation activities, and ensure appropriate sales reporting timely Work with Global Account team for the global account strategy execution and manage the business in a daily basis.

Team work with marketing, field application engineers, application engineers & management and OEM Sales to achieve defined revenue goal Work Seamlessly with Business Unit and Headquarter function teams New customer development in East China area and with 'icebreaking' capability

Job Requirements:

Location:
Shanghai Minimum a bachelor degree.

At least - year work experience related to sales for Local/MNC Automotive Tier 1 or OEM Familiar with MNC internal working process & timely written reporting.

Fluent written & oral English for business Self-Motivation, Result-Oriented and Fast Moving. Willing to work under pressure Good interpersonal & communication skill for business propositions Ability to work under pressure from both internal & external Result-Oriented and Fast Moving Willing to travel within East China
