Scope of Position

The Spa Therapist is responsible for, but not limited to performing as trained all spa treatments to guests professionally with personalized service.

Requirements

Educational level:

Must possess appropriate licenses in massage therapy and health certificate requested by Chinese government. Must be a graduate from an accredited school with a massage or face or manicure/pedicure license or a combination license.

Work experience:

At least 2-3 years experience in Spa or Beauty industry

Job knowledge:

Facial, body treatment skills are essential. Waxing, Manicure & Pedicure skills are preferable. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks. Must be self-motivated. Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner. Must have mathematical skills, technical aptitude and spa operation knowledge. Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to the Spa and hotel. Must have knowledge of current spa trends in the industry Must be able to relate to all levels of management and colleagues. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to network with contacts relevant to the Spa. Must have technical awareness and knowledge of a wide variety of treatments particularly for the face and body. Must have knowledge of holistic concepts that relate to the well being of all guests in a spa environment. Must be open to learning about treatments and concepts that derive from other cultures. To set a standard at all times in professionalism, appearance and attitude as expected of all spa colleagues. To be adaptable and accountable for all actions. Must understand the current legislation in regards to State and local laws for therapists. Consistently strive for a higher level of achievement both personally and professionally. Must be comfortable performing treatments for at least 8 hours. Must have good time management skills in regards to treatments. Excellent customer service and personal presentation. Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, mature and reliable.

职位要求

教育水平

必须拥有按摩治疗师资质以及中华人民共和国颁发的健康证件 必须毕业于国家认证的按摩机构或拥有脸部护理/美甲许可证,或综合资质。

工作经验

至少2-3年水疗或美容行业工作经验

工作知识

必须熟练掌握脸部、身体治疗技术。最好能够有身体热蜡护理、美甲的工作经验。 必须愿意有灵活的工作时间,要保证完成工作和任务 自我激励,上进心强. 必须要有安全,严谨,有组织的工作态度 必须有良好的数学思维,技术能力,及Spa知识 必须遵守Spa和酒店的所有政策,制度 要了解Spa行业的最新趋势 必须和所有的管理层和同事保持良好关系 必须有良好的人际关系和沟通技巧,要有Spa行业的人员有相关的联系 必须有科技的意识和广泛相关理疗的知识,特别是脸部和身体的护理方面 必须有为客人健康着想的整全的观念 必须愿意学习理疗知识及其他文化中Spa的观念 永远对保持专业态度,及良好形象 适应性强,对自己的行为负责 必须了解近期国家或地方关于理疗师的政策法规 永远对自己和职业上的发展保持高要求 必须可以连续进行理疗工作,至少一天8小时工作时间。 做理疗时必须有良好的时间观念 杰出的客户服务能力 良好的性格、热情、成熟并有责任感
