What You'll Do
  • Be part of the Greater China Team, focusing on operational aspects in Hong Kong
  • Act as the main contact for suppliers, warehouse, and logistics
  • Collaborate with the global operations team to develop strategies aligning procedures with the market
  • Optimize the product shipment process
  • Supervise a team of customer service agents
  • Monitor the entire Supply Chain Flow, from sales to inventory
  • Analyze operational workflows and enhance efficiency
  • Implement a strategy for automating cooperation with partners
  • Optimize the customer experience
  • Lead the customer service agency in Greater China
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance customer service processes
  • Make decisions within your area of expertise
Who You Are
  • Background in operations or interest in logistics and supply chain
  • Self-motivated and hands-on
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Enjoy sharing opinions, learning, and collaborating with the team
  • Ambitious and eager to grow
  • Collaborative team player
