IT hub lead assistance in planning, tracking, issue resolution, FIT4 processes, support of IT PM by deployment methodology and alignment with global PMO.

Support IT hub lead with administration and coordination of a regional hub as part of a global SAP deployment program​. Prepare presentations , budget analyses, status updates and workshops. Assist in stakeholder communication and preparation of executive meetings. Support the planning and coordination of availability and allocation of IT hub resources. Identify, escalate/mitigate, and resolve IT-related issues & risks within a hub. Help to define and implement measures and processes to ensure roll-in success. Enable the IT hub lead to manage progress reporting and escalations. Prepare project reporting on progress, milestone status, issues, risk management, etc. Manage communication with project stakeholders in support of the IT hub lead.
