We are looking for a new colleague in R&D centre at our location in Guangzhou, Guangdong.

Your tasks:

Analyze customer requirements on Steering product(i.e. EPS, SbW), provide compliance/proposals from system perspective and lead the customer requirements discussions. Transform defined customer requirements to system/sub-system functional/non-functional requirement documents for subsystem/component teams. Identifies, specifies and manages the requirements of the system of interest. Analyze the feature functional safety to derive Technical Safety Concept (TSC) Support analysis activities i.e. DFMEA, DRBFM, PFMEA, etc. Co-ordinate closely with different stakeholder (e.g. customer, Mechanics, Electronics, Software, Safety, Test, NVH, Veh Dyn, etc..).

Your profile:

Experience in multi-domains (i.e. software, electronics, electric motors, controls, sensors, mechanics). Experience in functional design of complex systems. Hands-on experience in requirements management as well as the associated tool (IBM Rational DOORS). Experience with application lifecycle management tools (Integrity) would be beneficial. Experience in SysML (familiar with Cameo/Rhapsody is a plus). Ability to work with both global and virtual teams. Ability to build critical skills and develop key talent. Excellent communication skills. Fluent verbal and written English. Experience in automotive industry is a plus. Background on Front-Steering/Rear-Steering/Braking system design is a plus. Familiarization with ASPICE process is a plus.
