Description:
Join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Your main goal will be to meet the expectations of our employees, guests, and owners, all while following the company's Corporate Strategic Priorities. In this position, you will support the Chef de Cuisine in running the kitchen efficiently, aiming for top-notch guest satisfaction through effective planning, organizing, and supervision.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or 4 years as a Chef de Partie in a reputable hotel or large restaurant
- Preferably familiar with luxury international brands
- An advantage to have a qualification in Kitchen Production or Management
- Thorough knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and safety standards
- Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System preferred
