R&D Principal Engineer

Description

Your responsibilities:

• You will support PT platform development and maintenance, support factories and end users.
• You will discuss and analyze with Technology Team the content of Technical Standards
• You will collaborate with developers – specify requirements, support implementation, verify work done and prepare trainings materials and lead trainings for end users.
• You will be part of PT platform community and ability to interact with the PT platform team, management and users – team player attitude and orientation to deliver results on time and quality.
• You will have quick adaptation to change in priorities and assigned tasks.
• Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility in own project actions in the site.

Your background:

• You hold a degree in Engineering.
• 10+ Years related experience, preferred in PGTR.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation including drawings (e.g. AutoCAD).
• Solid knowledge of Office 365 tools (especially Excel, Word and Teams).
• Understanding of software development process and agile framework.
• Ability to work independently based upon set goals and objectives.
• Ability to plan and execute on timely manner with high quality.
• Problem solving & analytical skills.
• Interaction and communication with users and team members – experience in working in groups to achieve common target.
• Ability to share feedback with team members.
• Flexibility in working hours – adjust your daily plan to enable collaboration with people from other time zones.
• Communication Skills – Must have good verbal and written English language skills.
