As an electricidal engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Design detail and implementation of elevator electrical components including and not limited to VFD controllers, human interface devices, safety chain devices.
  • Good skill in component selection, electrical and wiring diagram design and electronic diagram understanding.
  • General electrical engineering supports for worldwide Otis business, including conducting tests in Lab, test tower and jobsites.
  • Developing test plan for electrical components developed.
  • Create test environments and test tools for efficient performance and reliability testing.
  • Create detailed documents; include requirements, design documentations and other related documentations for manufacturing, FOD and MOD.
  • Conduct tests and document the results.

Perform other duties as assigned and requested

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of design experience with Master's degree or 4 years with Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Electrical circuit design, component selection, qualification.
  • EMC/EMI and environment design & analysis, improvement.
  • General knowledge on auto/ elevator industry is preferred.
  • Working experience in global company is preferred.
  • Language:
  • CET-4 and above. Good in written and oral English.
  • computer Skills:
  • Skilled in E3 tool for wiring diagram
  • Skilled in Microsoft office tool set
  • Basic in Creo (Pro E) drawing publishing
  • Other Key Competencies:
