工位长

• 积极完成各项生产任务,对本班的产品、质量、安全、成本,交付等工作负责

Actively complete various production tasks, and be responsible for the product, quality, safety, cost, delivery and other work of the class

• 合理安排人员岗位和排班,及时协调生产过程中的问题,确保生产顺利进行

Reasonably arrange personnel positions and scheduling, coordinate problems in the production process in a timely manner, and ensure the smooth progress of production

• 对生产过程中发现的问题点或者改善项,能提出改善意见并形成改善报告

For the problems or improvement items found in the production process, can put forward improvement suggestions and form an improvement report

• 带领员工严格按照作业规范使用生产设备,负责对生产工具及耗材等的使用和保管

Lead employees to use production equipment in strict accordance with operating specifications, and be responsible for the use and storage of production tools and consumables

• 负责要求和监督本组员工按规定填写生产记录,确保记录的准确、及时、完整

Responsible for requiring and supervising the employees of the group to fill in the production records according to the regulations to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the records

• 根据公司各项规章制度,及时纠正或阻止班组人员各种违规行为

• 负责公司内岗位和物料架的搭建和标准化管理工作,确保其按时、稳定使用和运行

Responsible for the construction and standardized management of positions and material racks in the company to ensure their timely and stable use and operation

• 协助合理化建议的推进工作,如日常管理,活动推进等

Assist in the promotion of rationalization proposals, such as daily management, activity promotion, etc

• 协助KAIZEN 团队,进行一般性改善设施或工具的制作

仓库多能工

• 至少掌握2个岗位技能,能够替补仓库其他岗位空缺

• 负责班组内新员工培训,依照标准化作业教导新员工

Job Requirements:

工位长

• 高中以上学历,具有两年以上基层管理经验

High school degree or above, with more than two years of experience in grassroots management

• 组织、沟通能力强,有一定的计划协调能力

• 具备一定的电脑操作能力,能够熟练使用常见的办公软件

仓库多能工

• 高中及以上学历,有物流、仓储管理经验优先考虑

High school degree or above, experience in logistics and warehousing management is preferred

• 能够熟练操作SAP系统

Proficient in SAP system

• 具备一定的电脑操作能力,能够熟练使用常见的办公软件

Have certain computer operation ability, and be able to use common office software proficiently

• 有叉车证优先
