As a Quality Engineer Intern you'll be responsible for Regular review the field quality performance and define improvement actions when there is a gap​.

What you'll do
  • Regular review the field quality performance and define improvement actions when there is a gap​
  • Align the way of working with other functions such as customer care/call center, Marketing, R&D, Development Quality, Supply Quality, PMO​
  • Manage the communication content and flow for regular field quality performance and key incidents​
  • Drive the implementation of key quality tools such as 8D, 2X5XWhy, FMEA and risk assessment
Your qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or higher​
  • Experience: engineering, quality or customer service;​
  • Good understanding of light sources & electronics circuit and its application​
  • Good technical analyzing problem solving skills​
  • Good in English communication, both verbal and in writing​
