As an Operations Finance Analyst for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for month-end closing, preparing ABACUS report, provide business and financial analysis, prepare TPD document, statistic report to government, support external and internal audit and perform other jobs/projects/analysis assigned by Local Division controllers for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

This position reports to

Operations Finance Manager

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for month-end closing and review ABACUS package, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Ensuring high quality and compliance of financial data and business information in line with defined standards & financial closing schedules and A&RP
• Executing SG&A analysis, hedging unrealized gain & Loss analysis
• Conducting balance sheet review and valuation in general bad debt, warranty provisions, accrued /pre-paid expenses etc.,
• Being responsible for TPD document preparation
• Preparing statistic report to Government
• Supporting Tax Audit, SFS Audit, management testing and internal audit
• Providing other management, operation performance KPI and ad-hoc reports and analysis based on business requirements

Your background

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Economic or business administration
• Over 5 years accounting experience, be good at financial analysis, reporting & costing, multinational manufacturing company working experience
• Experience in SAP/Good Excel/BI /PPT/Power BI Skill
• Strong analytical skills
