UIUX Designer

Luxoft is establishing a strong UI/UX Automotive team in China, Shanghai. This team will work on UX and UI topics for several international car manufacturers, focusing on the Asian market. Innovative concepts and amazing graphics need to be developed for the digital cockpit of future vehicles. We are looking for UI Designers to join this team, working on UI Design and Graphic concepts in the Automotive field.

Responsibilities

• 1. With experience in car company HMI and software deliver must have.
  2. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, more than 5 years of project manage, and product design work experience prefer.
  3. Have full-process development project management and delivery experience and be able to independently undertake the control and planning of project.
  4. Perfect skill on PPT, use of Jira, confluence, and project dashboard.
  5. Excellent writing and oral expression skills, excellent communication skills, English working language, and teamwork awareness.
  6. Have proficient data analysis and summary ability, and be able to promote product optimization and improvement through the collection and analysis of various data.
  7. Strong self-drive ability, strong logic ability, good design thinking and analyzing product requirement.

SKILLS

Must have

• 1. Responsible for the department level report preparation including organization topics, UIUX concept presentation reported etc. Master level in tunning PPT.
  2. Work closely with User interaction CN team leader, operation group level topics to push and confirm topics going well.
  3. Work closely with product managers/ UX concept engineer/ UI designer according to organization level topics.
  4. Conflict management and risk management in generally team level.
