Description

Your responsibilities:

To evaluate capacity, optimize resource, improve production efficiency continuously.
To update the standard working hour and personnel quota as the basis for efficiency improvement and cost assessment.
To promote the management efficiency by conduct operation analysis and process analysis as well as determining standardized process;
To update the operation efficiency by improving operation process and line balance;
To update production line layout, optimize logistics and space utilization.
To complete other tasks assigned by manager.

Your background:

Bachelor's degree or above, major in industrial engineering, mechanical management or technology.
3 years' experience in industrial engineering at least.
Proficient in Lean Production and 6 Sigma related knowledge and tools, prefer green belt and above; Process design.
Making of tooling and utensils.
Good interpersonal skills and results-oriented work attitude
Willing to learn and able to learn quickly.
Good analytical and problems solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork.
