Senior Warehouse Clerk

Job Purpose 岗位目的:

• To effectively manage all the materials and goods in company. To support product manufacturing and supply to market on time. Employee behaviors comply with GMP, EHS and SOP requirements有效的管理公司的库存物料及其他物品,为产品的生产制造和市场供应提供及时、准确的服务,各项操作符合GMP, EHS 和公司内的标准操作程序的要求。
• To ensure compliance to local industry and government regulations, GSK standards, procedures, guidelines and implementation of GSK EHS Management System at the site and ensure continuous EHS improvement in all work processes.确保遵守当地行业和政府法规、葛兰素史克标准、程序、指南和在现场实施的葛兰素史克EHS管理体系,并确保所有工作流程中持续的EHS改进。
• To ensure that contribute to site maintains the best EHS performance and report to managers gaps and areas of improvements.确保为EHS现场最佳绩效的保持做出贡献,并向经理报告差距和改进领域。
• To ensure the operation comply with procedure, basic GMP and other equivalent standards, built appropriate local procedure to meet QMS and local regulation requirement, ensure high standard product quality and compliance with GMP and equivalent standards.确保操作符合程序、基本GMP要求和其它同等标准,建立适当的当地程序,以满足QMS和当地法规要求,确保高标准的产品质量并符合GMP和同等标准。
• To ensure compliance with Data Integrity ALCOA+ principle.确保符合数据完整性 ALCOA+ 原则。

Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:

• Responsible for finished goods receiving and dispatching,include goods loading, packing and label printing, etc. Proceed goods shipments by stock transfer order.负责监管成品接收和发货,包括发货备货及打印标签等工作,及按照销售订单发货给客户。
• Packaging materials receiving by purchasing order. To ensure goods receiving with right qty, right time from right supplier.负责监管所有物料的接收,接收的物料以采购定单为依据,按时、按量,确保接收物料来自正确供应商。
• Responsible for material dispensing, prepare and supply material to VS team by TO.负责生产备料工作,根据物料转移订单给价值流团队准备和发放物料。
• Responsible daily inbound/outbound operation for cooling WH, dangerous goods WH, dangerous waste WH, and effectively manage the field.负责冷库,危险品库,危废品库的日常入出库操作并对现场进行有效管理。
• To keep the products of enter warehouse at right position and area by category.确保进入仓库的产品按类别和指定的区域存放。
• All the record should be actual and accurate, and stock must match with the data in SAP system. 所有记录真实、准确,库存物品与SAP系统数据相符。
• Keep the warehouse clean and in order. (5S) 保持仓库整洁、干净。
• Guarantee all of stock in warehouse is secure and available.确保在仓库存储物品的安全、可用。
• Manage products and materials strictly in compliance with the requirement of GMP and SOP.严格按照GMP、SOP的要求管理仓库的物品。
• To manage materials for trial and equipment testing use. 负责管理用于试制和测试目的的材料。
• Assist Manage to manage daily operation in warehouse daily work, ensure all the jobs was proceeded smoothly.以保证仓库工作有序进行。
• Make sure warehouse facility available, safety and secure.确保仓库各项设施、设备安全可用。
• To manage and train agency staff from 3PLs and assign daily activity to them to meet business requirement.管理和培训3方服务人员,统一调配并组织三方员工在成品仓库和原料仓库的各项工作,以满足公司业务不断发展的需要。
• Conduct visual management in warehouse function to achieve high efficiency. 运用可视化管理仓库,为提高和改善仓库的工作效率提供有力支持。
• Lead continually improvement to meet site development required. Make perfect procedure as work instruction. 不断创新和持续改善仓库管理的操作程序,以满足工厂日益变化的需求。
• Execute L1 audit and finish CAPA according to master plan and support L2,L3,L4 audit. 在Lever1审计中,负责部门自查计划指定内容的审计工作,以及相关改进行动的安排和执行, 支持L2,L3,L4审计。
• Deliver training of procedure, WI and SAP operation to warehouse staff. 培训仓库管理员仓库相关程序,操作指南以及SAP 操作。
• Daily work arrangement and performance monitor. 负责成品库包装材料库人员的工作安排并监督仓库管理员的绩效。
• Other jobs assigned by manager.负责主管交予的其它工作。

• Warehouse management relative knowledge. 仓库管理的相关知识
• Have working experience on warehouse function at least 3 years. 3 年以上仓库管理的经验;
• Basic English and computer skills. 基本英语知识和电脑操作技巧
• Good communication skill and follow-up. 具有良好的沟通技巧
• Basic knowledge and using skill of SAP system 对SAP系统有基本的理解和使用经验。
