As a Development En you'll be responsible for fulfilling and accelerate the business development needs of LED Lamp by providing world class design and quality products, as a key member of product development team with cross functional collaborations.

What you'll do- Work together with project team in whole project development life cycle, bringing the design concepts, verify and release within the quality, timing and cost targets
- Jointly frontend technology development for platform creation/new material/components, , bridge the technology maturity to project development
- With relative technology domain expert, continuously learn and improve new knowledges, build the technology roadmap with future outlook.
- Cross functional collaboration and effectively communication within project team, on time report, progress share and documentation.
- Benchmark study: understand key specs of portfolio and collect market competition information
- Support technical project leader, adjust and design product appearance to fit for application and installation needs.
- Simulate indoor lighting under defined environment, to design and simulate lighting recipe and scene setting to fit for application needs.
- Open minded and self motivation, willing to learn and willing to take challenge in dynamic environment.
- Engineering background, Bachelor's degree in Light source engineering/Electrical/ M.O.T (mechanical, optical and thermal)/Computer science are preferred.
- A team worker, listen and contribute in the team successes, strong owner ship and responsibilities.
- Eager to win, strong execution and problem solving ability.
An impressive - yet pragmatic - business acumen, rooted in seamless communication and multitasking skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a natural affinity with IT tools and social media platforms
