Position Summary 职位概述


Assist Hygiene Manager to support the functioning of the food safety management system (FSMS) at the Resort and Employee Residences.

To implement and audit the resort food safety and hygiene standards and internal inspection system to ensure the highest food safety and hygiene standards.

To facilitate and report on all external audits, conduct vendor site audits and coordinate with external laboratory and food safety and hygiene services.

To deliver specific food safety, handling and hygiene training programs for employees.

协助食品卫生经理管理酒店及员工宿舍区域内的食品安全卫生相关项目的运作、监督和执行,以确保所有食品处理领域都依照最高的安全卫生标准来执行。协助配合外部审计,进行供应商考察,协调同外部实验室关于食品安全卫生的工作。在食品处理领域、卫生和食品储存方面都按照HACCP要求或是酒店制定标准中的更高者来执行。
