主要责任Main Responsibilities:

  • 管理指定的销售区域,根据公司的战略目标,实现产品销售目标和财务目标
  • 开拓新市场, 发展新客户及开户工作,做好产品宣传推广工作。
  • 和区域内经销商及客户保持沟通、互动。及时有效地解决问题,并提供相应的解决方案保持长久有效的合作。
  • 参与和支持临床学术活动,体现公司专业、优质的学术形象。
  • 与临床部、市场部、客服部等部门相互协作,为客户提供优质的服务。
  • 积极跟进市场动态,筛选市场机会,作出相应行动计划和工作日程
  • 与上级积极沟通完成销售任务,实时分析工作中不足之处并予以改进
  • Sales activities in responsible region, achieve the product sales target and financial target according to the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop new markets and customers, promote products.
  • Actively maintain a good relationship with distributors and customers in the region. Solve problem and issues in timely manner, providing innovative and resourceful solutions to keep a long-term and smooth cooperation with customers.
  • Participate in and support clinical academic activities, acting as an excellent representative representing the company in professionalism and high-quality academic image.
  • Cooperate with internal teams such as clinical, marketing, customer service etc. to level up service quality to customers.
  • Actively follow up market trends, analyze potential opportunities, and develop business action plans.
  • Communicate with the superior actively to achieve the target, continuously improve if any gap spotted out;

任职要求Qualifications:

  • 3年以上口腔医疗器械,或大医疗处方药、医疗器械销售经验;有隐形矫治、正畸托槽销售和/或市场营销经验优先
  • 有学士学位和/或同等经验优先,尤口腔医学或相关科学学科专业者佳;优质应届生可考虑
  • 具备相应区域客户基础或经销商管理经验者佳;具备独立开发客户能力
  • 良好的商业智能,对市场的动态敏感,有良好的战略思考能力
  • 在团队工作的技能(包括寻找和利用各种资源达成目标的能力)
  • 很强的人际敏感度,能够与人建立深厚的信任关系
  • 优秀的对内对外沟通技能
  • 优秀的学习能力及抗压能力,主动性强
  • 电脑和办公软件操作熟练
  • 3+ years in sales experience in mainland China, preferably in orthodontic, and/or dental sales and marketing/or sales marketing experience in other pharma/medical device sector
  • BS or BA preferred and/or equivalent experience; degree in Dental or a related science discipline would be an advantage. Excellent fresh students are also welcomed
  • Able to independently develop new customers; customer resources or channel management experienced will be a highly add-on
  • Excellent learning ability and anti-pressure capability; Initiative
  • Good internal and external communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and natural magnet, able to build good trust with others
  • Well-developed business acumen and market analysis ability including opportunity and risk assessment; well strategic thinking
  • Having team working mindset, including ability to drive every possible resource to achieve the target
  • Computer knowledge is required
