This position reports to

R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

Solving issues feedbacked by Customers
Supporting technical requirement specification and concept proofing of new features
Analyzing customer needs and transferring into technical solutions
Leveraging best-practice software engineering processes, utilizing appropriate tools

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Automation is preferred
  • Working experience more than 5 years
  • R&D background preferably related to motor control or other control systems
  • Experience with embedded system development
  • Knowledge of electric machinery such as PM motors, induction motors or SynRM motors
  • Knowledge of power electronic devices and related control methodology (PWM, vector control, scalar control, direct torque control, etc.)
  • Programming experience in Micro Control Unit , such as ARM Cortex processor, TI DSP
  • Good English and Chinese communication skills (in word and writing) and positive attitude
