We are looking for a new colleague of Patent Professional AP at our location in Xuhui, Shanghai.

Your Tasks:

  • Work closely with Division R in AP to identify the ideas to be protected and bypass potential IP risk.
  • Handle patent drafting, patent application, patent prosecution/Office Actions, portfolio management, Freedom to Operate Studies.
  • Engage in patent invalidation, disputes, and litigations.
  • Monitor patent filings by competitors.
  • Deliver IP training.
  • Review IP related contracts and clauses.

Your Profile:

  • More than 3 years patent related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Patent Bar is a plus.
  • Strong English language skills (CET 6), German language is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and quick learning.
