BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province.

Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF.

BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect


You will responsible for providing all key General Plot Plan activities for multiple Zhanjiang Verbund Site CapEx projects or eMOC.

Main tasks

 Assist the Project/Engineering Manager with any concerns related to General Plot Plan engineering or construction. 支持项目经理/设计经理处理关于总图专业的设计及施工问题;

 Coordinate, monitor & control all key General Plot Plan activities towards contractor or engineering partner's work in individual Projects. 在项目执行过程中,协调、监督和控制承包商或工程合作伙伴在总图专业的所有主要活动;

 Monitor resources, timeline, performance, and costs in regard to General Plot Plan discipline at projects. 监督项目执行过程中与总图专业相关的人力资源、进度、表现和费用;

 Prepare Cost Estimate, supervising or preparing Basic Engineering documents and Technical Bid Evaluation. 提供费用估算,监督或提供基础设计文件和技术投标评估;

 Establish local know-how and market contacts in the relevant discipline and share with other/new project teams in BASF Asia Pacific and globally. 在相关领域建立本地专业技术和市场联系,并与亚太区和全球的其他团队或项目分享;

 Make sure the local Regulation or special requirement regarding to General Plot Plan discipline are met in projects; Support the local authority permitting work as necessary by consulting the government authorities and providing related documentation. 确保项目遵守与总图专业相关的当地法规或特殊要求;必要时通过咨询政府机构并提供相关文件支持项目许可及取证工作;

 Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在与工程合作伙伴、当地设计院、供应商及施工单位等执行项目过程中充分代表业主利益。提供技术及合同监督和指导;

 Compliance with all EHS policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a Zero Incident mindset in the implementation of capital projects, while championing BASF's commitment to safety always. 遵守所有EHS政策和程序,秉承零事故思维,深刻理解并执行巴斯夫安全高于一切的理念;

 Champion the mindset of Continuous Improvement and implementation of improvement measures. 倡导持续改进并付诸于实际行动;

 Coordinate and provide the support on the App. Dev. of campus 2D map with the experience related with general plot plan.协调并为数字孪生的应用提供支持。

What we expect

 Education教育背景:

  • Bachelor's degree with major study in General Plot Plan engineering 总图专业(总图运输,城镇规划等)本科毕业
  • Master's degree will be an advantage研究生学历优选
 Working Experience工作经历:

  • At least more than 10 years total working experiences 至少10年工作经历
  • At least 9 years' work experience in General Plot Plan engineering function in petrochemical, chemical or Pharmacy industry 至少9年在医药石油化工行业从事总图设计
  • Work experience in international environment is an advantage 有国际公司工作经历者优先
 Technical & Professional Knowledge技术及资质要求:

  • Holding engineer or senior engineer certificate is mandatory 必须持有中级或高级总图工程师证书
  • Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English熟练掌握中英文
  • Good knowledge in national and international General Plot Plan discipline codes/standards精通总图专业相关国内及国际
标准规范

  • Knowledge of surveying, photogrammetry and geospatial. Work with internal team to raise the requirements/demands on the survey data management App. Dev.了解景象及地理空间测量,能够针对测量数据管理系统,能够基于总图专业提出需求与建议
