Description

1. Contribute to the development and execution of procedures for crafting the long-term strategic plan, annual operational roadmap, and monthly financial projections.

2. Collaborate seamlessly with the Accounting and Finance teams across China and the US to streamline consolidated reporting practices and enhance data analysis capabilities.

3. Design, manage, and authenticate reporting tools essential for financial reporting, performance analysis, and metrics tracking, ensuring the company stays on track to meet its goals.

4.Communicate financial outcomes, planning aspirations, and achieved results with clarity and precision to all stakeholders.

5. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration within company, engaging extensively with various teams to facilitate seamless coordination.

6.Take the lead in strategic initiatives and offer timely support to senior leadership in conducting ad hoc research and analysis.

7.Support the global Oracle Fusion implementation, with a focus on meeting Financial Reporting requirements, and provide additional accounting support as required.

8. Serve as the primary liaison for assessing expenditures and verifying adherence to budgetary allocations.

9. Uphold the high standards of intellectual honesty and unwavering integrity in every aspect of the role, fostering a culture of trust and accountability within the organization.

Profile

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with at least 2 years specializing in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

2. Prior experience in FP&A within a publicly traded company is highly desirable.

3. Possess robust financial and analytical abilities, coupled with the proficiency to articulate complex financial concepts in a simplified manner to senior executives.

4. Proven track record of managing the financial planning process across a multinational organization.

5. Expertise in owning and executing financial reporting and analysis, including in-period pacing and forecasting.

6. Demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills, with the capacity to coordinate FP&A activities spanning multiple regions, product lines, and functional areas.

7. Ability to drive scale initiatives and foster cross-functional accountability throughout the company.

8. Comprehensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and related procedures.

9. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is mandatory for this role.
