We are looking for a qualified English teacher who is keen to share their love of the subject with their pupils. Experience in an international settings is welcome as is experience in multi-lingual environments, and in the UK state or private sectors. Most of our pupils here are Chinese and we help them on their journey to developing fluency in English as they progress through the school before going to university abroad (mainly in the UK and US).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching English to inspire our children at Huili Nantong. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing the English Department in this brand new state-of-the-art school. They will teach lessons to primary pupils as well as being a Form Tutor in one of the primary grades. The aim is to make English both accessible and enjoyable by promoting it across the school. Our school is bilingual, meaning that learning takes place in both English and Chinese, which will organically improve the English language acquisition for our children.

As the school matures, the children will eventually take iGCSEs and A-Levels before moving on to some of the best universities in the world, particularly in the UK and USA. As a result, the emphasis on language acquisition is a necessity.
