As a Maintenance Specialist for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will oversee daily maintenance management and machine performance monitoring.

This is a position with global grade 15

Your responsibilities

  • Manage TPM / PM systematically
  • Conduct failure analysis and troubleshoot quickly
  • Employ effective RCA for improved maintenance operations
  • Establish efficient KPIs for maintenance performance
  • Enhance equipment availability
  • Optimize equipment operation to boost production efficiency
  • Provide maintenance technical support
  • Oversee effective equipment / facility investment project management
Your background
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, electrical automation
  • Possess a strong understanding of electrical safety rules and proficiency in AUTCAD, PLC (Mitsubishi; Siemens), FANUC CNC
  • Demonstrate strong project planning and implementation skills
  • Excel in logical thinking and self-learning
  • Thrive in high-pressure environments with proactive work ethic
