我的具体职责是什么?

作为工程部主管,您将应以最高标准完成以下任务:.

· 领导、计划和组织;

· 紧急事故与故障的处理;

· 做好下属员工的技术培训、考核及督导检查工作;

· 履行酒店和部门的政策,规章制度和指导方针;

· 有效的管理与控制浪费,修旧利费成为环保之友;

· 积极引导下属工作并树立典范,具备超前的和无畏的领导能力;

· 组织并带领员工进行日常的各项维修工作,确保所完成工作的质量符合酒店的要求;

· 对工作中出现的异常情况及时向上级领导汇报;

· 协助值班工程师做好员工的管理、各项维修工作及计划,推动员工达到共同目标,加强团队精神.

· 酒店各系统设备的维修保养与工作程序的安排和督导;

· 确保酒店各系统设备的维修保养达到一流的水平和标准;

· 做预防性的维修保养,能源保护和成本控制程序;

· 确保酒店各系统设备在维修中有适当的记录;

· 正确的控制、管理所有设备、工具和物料;

· 积极加强与上级领导、下级员工及各有关当局的沟通协调工作;

· 紧密跟踪与督导外面包工的施工,使其达到最高标准。

· 2年以上工程相关工作经验

· 中专以上学历(电气或机械专业),或取得与之等同的相关证书者;

· 具有电气、空调、锅炉、机械及管道等方面的专业知识;

· 能与上级领导及同事进行有效沟通;

· 强烈的团队合作意识,诚实、能吃苦,无不良嗜好;

· 身体健康,无妨碍本职工作的病症及生理缺陷;

· 流利的普通话。
