ROLE OVERVIEW
- Coordinate service requirements with chefs and stewards during events.
- Calculate expenses for group events and handle payments with organizers.
- Ensure banquet venues, dining areas, and coffee services are prepared for guests.
- Verify the correct display of table centerpieces.
- Inspect the cleanliness and arrangement of tableware before use.
- Interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Arrange tables according to event type and service standards.
- Communicate special meal requests, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas throughout the day.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and procedures.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure a clean and professional appearance and maintain confidentiality.
- Greet and assist guests following company standards.
- Use clear and professional language when communicating and answering calls.
- Develop positive relationships with colleagues and support team objectives.
- Adhere to quality standards and expectations.
- Lift and move objects up to 25 pounds unassisted.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

Supervisory Experience:
- At least 1 year in a supervisory position.

License or Certification:
- None
