角色的主要目的Main Purpose of the Role:

负责管理集团品牌(产品线),从规划到执行的整个品牌线生命周期,以支持组织战略和目标。分析集团品牌定位和消费者洞察。将品牌元素转化为计划和上市战略。

主要工作职责Key Responsibilities

1 达成当年财务指标

1)达成所辖产品线的终端销售指标,利润率指标,重点客户销售指标

2)所辖产品线中国区预测达到不缺货,慢销滞销产品占比符合公司要求

3)管理相应市场活动费用和样品费用不超预算

2 清晰制定所辖产品和术式的开发推广策略

1)制定清晰的产品线推广策略包括老产品退市,新品升级计划,目标细分市场推广和价格策略

2)新品上市计划和执行,并达成当年新品销售目标(注:三年内拿证的产品都定义为新品)

3)同行业产品信息收集和应对策略

4)所辖产品各省市场后VBP准入计划和推动执行

3 协助执行各项市场活动并跟进活动有效性

1)持续跟进重点产品在目标细分市场,目标机构的增长并提供数据反馈给销售团队;

2)和销售团队一起对接机构医生高质量执行各类品牌活动

4 销售支持和内部沟通协调

1)为销售团队准备必要的销售工具,宣传单页和其他用于和客户沟通的资料

2)成为所辖产品和相关术式的专家,定期为销售团队提供培训,准备市场常见问题清单和建议答案

3)发送内部战报,表彰相关产品线优秀的销售同事,提升内部对产品和品牌的兴奋度

5 合规建设和跨部门合作

1)确保自身严格遵守公司的各项合规政策并应要求顺利完成各项培训

2)积极配合销售部,培训部,专业教育部等支持部门的各项活动;并协助收集相关信息或参与跨部门项目

3)熟悉公司内部各主要流程,并确保按照标准流程工作;同时积极为公司流程优化提供建议

资质与能力 Qualification & Competencies

学历及工作经历

  • 行业服务年限:2年以上医药/医疗器械领域/口腔领域产品管理经验;同时有销售经验的优先
  • 学历:大学本科;口腔专业/临床医药专业,工商管理硕士优先;
  • 其他:英语流利;办公室软件娴熟;具备敏捷的框架思维和数据分析能力;谨遵职业操守,积极进取,结果导向,敢于承担重任,优秀的学习能力和合作精神;良好的沟通协作能力

能力

  • 业务和财务敏锐度 :数据分析能力,基本财务模型制定能力;能收集和解读行业信息报告;
  • 制定产品线策略计划和执行:结合业务目标制定相应的产品线推广计划,价格策略,及跟进计划执行的有效性;
  • 新产品上市能力:为拿证的新品制定商业化计划,并推动销售组织落地执行以达到新品业务目标;
  • 市场洞察力和机会分析能力:行业趋势,同行技术和产品,客户为满足需求,以及机会转化方案。
