Associate Principal Electronic Engineer

- Participate in new product development, lead complex system level requirement decomposes, concept and prototype development, integration, debug and test, verification & validation, design transfer, DHF creation;
- Electronics design, testing and manufacturing effort for new product development;
- Schedule electronics task in project; Participate in VPM (Visual Project Management) Kaizan as EE owner; Execute and track EE plan;
- Lead electronic system design review;
- Lead Kaizan (e.g., PSP);
- Confirm IP FTO; Lead project patent management (planning, submission, map of LBS and competitors);
- Provide documentation for CE, UL or other standard;
- Work with cross-functional team to ensure product design meets the requirement for manufacturing, cost, service, and regulation;
- Assist supply chain selection and production process (assembly and inspection) development.
