Our client is a mature, stable, and charming American-owned enterprise, has been operating in China for decades. Currently, they are establishing a new factory in Nantong and are seeking a highly qualified Financial Manager to join their team.
Description
Background in American-owned Enterprises: Candidates must have relevant experience working in a US-based company, with a deep understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.Comprehensive Financial Skills: Solid knowledge and experience in all aspects of financial management, including but not limited to accounting, budgeting, tax planning, cost control, and financial analysis.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information and ideas to diverse stakeholders, including senior management, cross-functional teams, and external auditors.Fluent in English: Proficient in English, with the ability to conduct business conversations, write reports, and participate in meetings without language barriers.
Profile
Oversee and manage all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the company's growth and profitability.Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and resource allocation.Manage the financial team, providing leadership and professional development opportunities.
