1. Review of global APO product requirements and, if necessary, coordination with LU Aroma supply chain team. Creation of a feasible production plan considering capacities, planned shutdowns, raw material and auxiliary availability -12 months into the future

  • Analysis of verification key figures such as forecast accuracy, seasonality of requirements, sales of the past period as well as the consideration of the annual budget in relation to real production with the aim of a high probability of implementation of the production plan to be created.
  • Management of the S&OP / production meeting with the participation of the management of the assigned companies as well as the product managers of the supervised product groups.
  • Control of production and replenishment processes, considering goals and key figures. Use of the introduced monitoring tools to achieve the targets (Supply Chain KPI's).
  • Coordination and implementation of the goods shortage process, considering the specified quotas and in cooperation with product management.
  • Check the feasibility of medium-term planning and budget planning. Coordination with BIG operations team for long term production planning and transport management team to manage inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Long term raw material planning considering lead time of supply from Verbund as well other RMs and Auxiliaries imported from overseas and sourced from local China market.
  • Co- ordination with production planner for short term production scheduling, RMs availability.
  • Regular review of production, and storage structures for efficiency. Clarification of starting points for structural optimizations, global product management and production site.
1. >5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and scheduling, Supply Chain processes, Procurement Management, Distribution and warehouse processes, Monitoring and Data analysis in SCM and supply chain operations

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced Degree in Business Administration (SCM) is plus
  • Experience in two different positions in planning, master scheduling and project experience mainly in planning
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is must
  • IT Skills – Expertise in SAP Advanced planner and Optimizer, proficiency in MS excel and PowerPoint
