Center Principal

Dipont Education is seeking an Center Principal (A-level) to join our high school program at Wuxi N. 1 high school, a highly-reputed school in Jiangsu Province.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Center Principal to join our dynamic team. You will lead a team of multinational teachers within the A-Level Center, driving standards and ensuring that students achieve the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Liaise with the Center Director with the school and Academic Director within Dipont and ensure good lines of communication and reporting Line-manage the subject teachers appointed to the centreDevelop and establish an effective teaching timetable that fully utilises the teaching facultyMonitor and report on the quality of teaching within the centreActively teach as part of the role Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field to your teaching subjectA recognized teaching licenseAt least 5 years of experience teaching high school, including some experience of teaching the A-Level programPrevious leadership experience Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentPrior experience working in China is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a housing allowance, medical insurance, an annual completion bonus, and round-trip airfare. Background

The high school program was founded in 2005 and currently has four form entries with a total of 450 students between the ages of 15 to 18. We offer CIE IGSCE and GCE A-level courses in English, Maths, Further Maths, Economics, Chemistry, Physics, and Global Perspectives.
