Responsible for Fabrication Training and Product Series development/adaptation to China market

Responsibilities



Product Management and Training

  • Manage Windows&Doors product portfolio (Project and Retail)
  • Prepare product package (tooling, installation manual, Fabrication manual)
  • Organize Internal Product Training (Sales, Technical Team)
  • Organize External Product Online Training (Retail Shops, Retail Fabricators)

Fabrication Training

  • Train Retail Fabricators (and support Project Fabricators whenever needed)
  • Product Catalog training (Fabrication)
  • Execute WICONA Tooling strategy
  • Contact point for Retail Fabricators (~20 factories at the start)

Quality/Product testing

  • Jobsite Quality Inspection
  • Analyze Jobsite Quality Complaints
  • Coordinate Product Testing with local test centers
  • Technical support for PMU test support

Technical Support to Procurement Team

  • Technical requirements
  • Die drawing approval (PLM process)
  • Sample validation

Qualification



Education:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil/Structure Engineering


Experience:



Essential

  • At least 5 years working experience in Fabrication for Windows&Doors or Façade industry
  • Knowledge in System Windows&Doors/Façade, and related standards
  • Knowledgeable with windows and doors fittings.
  • Knowledge about fabrication equipment and tools
  • Experience with PMU test (Project Mock-up Unit)
  • Experience with windows, doors and facade installation
  • Experience with die drawing


Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge
  • Autonomy, initiatives
  • Willingness to Travel
  • Hands on with passion for Construction and windows & doors and facade fabrication
  • Proficient with construction design tools (AutoCAD, 3D rendering)
  • Mandarin Native, English fluent (written and spoken)
