Job Description
Business Development
- Develop proposed short term 1 year - annual sales, and long-term -2 year growth and finance targets for review and approval of relevant business leaders.
Finance and Compliance
- Manage the monthly and annual financial performance of the company. Responsible for ensuring that the company is compliant in all aspects of the business with all China governmental policies and standards.
Manufacturing Collaboration
- Guide and collaborate local NPD or engineering team to achieve superior customer service with exceptional products
Sales Network
- Branches and Independent Distributor Development and Support.It also require require direct participation in after sales service an d follow up activities
Employee Development
- Responsible for coaching, motivating, mentoring, and developing direct reports to successfully take on additional responsibilities.
The Successful Applicant
15 years working experience in commercial operations with a Multi-National Company.
- Engineering education background, business MBA degree preferred plus strong communication skills, P & L understanding, and the ability to work in a team environment
- Drive the business growth and collaborate with internal and external resource.
- A Managing Director with entrepreneurship to further development the company value within local team.
- Fluent English and Chinese with proven tracking record in people management.
- Must have valid driving privileges and accept extensive travel (over 20%) plus extensive overnight stays (over 20%)
