Due to our continued growth and customer demand, we are hiring a Mechanical Engineer to support the Outdoor Wireless Network (OWN) business segment, which supports the backbone of outdoor cellular and Wi-Fi systems.    

How You'll Help Us Connect the World


  2. Be responsible for outdoor cabinet design independently, in charge of the architecture, performance evaluation based on customer spec.
  3. Be responsible to evaluate technical requirements of key critical mechanical/electro-mechanical components and develop specifications for key components.
  4. Be responsible for feasibility studies and tests new modified designs. May direct support personnel in the preparation of product datasheet/spec, detailed design, design testing and prototype fabrication.
  5. Be responsible for modeling and producing specific parts of new products.
  6. Familiar with engineering design of mechanical enclosure and structural solutions, with emphasis on thermal management and Mechanical Assembly.
  7. Familiar with structure simulation software, such as solid works simulation and ANSYS workbench.
  8. Provide technical support to operation line, such as solving problems in batch production from design aspect.
  9. Acts as a lead within a project team. Direct or coordinate work of drafters, technicians and other non-exempt personnel. Provide systematic and structural design suggestion to junior engineers from both technical and project management perspectives.

Required Qualifications for Consideration


  2. A completed bachelor's degree in engineering field required. A completed Master´s Degree in Engineering or related disciplined preferred.
  3. Ten (10) plus years of experience with bachelor's degree or Eight (8) plus years of experience with master's degree in industry specific mechanical/electrical design.
  4. Good command of written and spoken English
  5. Proven experience in analysis and design of enclosure/electrical design
  6. Experience in the Sheet Metal design, and injection mold design is preferred.
  7. Experience in developments of products from components to higher level assemblies.
  8. Experience in engineering validation, testing and debugging.
  9. Working knowledge of thermal analysis tools and lab test equipment.
  10. Familiar with dynamic finite element analysis (Ansys, MSC…).
  11. Excellent problem solving, team play, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
