Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to lead our consumer insights team. As a key member of our market research team, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights and analysis to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead industry-specific research projects to deliver insights and analysis to clients.
  • Develop strategic understanding of industry trends, competition, and opportunities.
  • Conduct external presentations and drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with the consulting, customer service, and account development teams to transform client experience and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead and coach team members to build a stable and successful team with both solid expertise and succession pipeline.
  • Oversee and conduct assigned external and internal projects, including preparation and delivery to ensure both efficiency and outcome.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Over 10 years of working experience with research or marketing experience in leading market research/home appliance companies with at least 5 years in team leader and people manager position.
  • Management of full P&L and team management experience (team members: 5-8).
  • Prior experience in the Home Appliance industry, more knowledge about small home appliances.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent logical thinking and analytical skill.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work under pressure, self-driven and result-oriented.
  • Prior experience in company transformation situation will be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in building trust with local and global clients.
  • Superior organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and trustworthiness.
  • Resolute decision maker.
