RF Engineer Job Description

In today's fast-paced world, we're looking for a skilled RF Engineer to join our team at CommScope. As a key member of our ANS business segment, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and analyzing radio frequency engineering principles for coaxial cable communications products and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop RF circuitry, including RF components selection, link budget, and RF link simulation.
  2. Perform RF amplifier circuit design and troubleshoot issues to ensure RF performance meets product requirements.
  3. Research and stay up-to-date with the latest RF and systems development technologies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver results.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum BSEE with 5+ years of relevant experience in RF hardware design.
  2. Strong understanding of communication systems, RF circuits, and microwave technology.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
