This bilingual educational establishment is recognized for its commitment to integrating two distinct yet harmonious teaching methodologies. It provides an immersive educational experience where students are instructed in both Mandarin Chinese and English by dedicated educators.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive STEM education to students in primary and middle school (Grades 1 to 7) within an International Baccalaureate framework.
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and provide constructive feedback on student performance.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance and innovate the curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, setting achievable goals to ensure all learners thrive.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the administration.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Previous teaching experience in STEM subjects.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and the adoption of new teaching methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 RMB after tax, based on experience and qualifications.
- Housing allowance between 8,000 to 10,000 RMB.
