In this role, you will be working as an HR Share Service Specialist supporting our Japan-based team. You will be responsible for executing customer service activities, data maintenance, project participation, KPI reporting, coaching, and administrative tasks.

This position requires excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR share service or a related field, with proficiency in Japanese (native speaker or native level). A Bachelor's degree is also required.

You should be able to analyze data accurately and efficiently, determine process improvement opportunities, and support change activities. Additionally, you should have a working knowledge of Human Resources-related issues and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
