Key Responsibilities

Lead the Supplier Business Review Process

  • Collaborate with Executive Champions to ensure alignment on commercial and development plans

Deliver Cost-Down Activities

  • Execute high-level negotiations to achieve world-class costs, quality, and timing
  • Develop and implement commodity strategies to deliver maximum competitive advantage

Rationalize, Develop, and Manage Suppliers

  • Benchmark and evaluate suppliers to secure optimal total cost solutions
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure successful contract management

Critical Thinking and Leadership

  • Drive business growth through strategic procurement initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve procurement goals

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement leadership roles
  • Proven knowledge of category strategies and supplier evaluation

Skills and Abilities

  • Effective negotiation and presentation skills
  • Advanced interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Fluency in business English and second foreign language skills a plus
