We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Consultant to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on environmental sustainability and compliance matters to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in or lead EHS audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement effective EHS management systems to minimize environmental risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and goals.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on EHS best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of EHS policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in EHS management, preferably with experience in MNC HSE management.
- Familiarity with EHS laws and regulations in China.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for field audits.
- Recognized professional EHS certification is preferred.
