We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity to become a part of our International Human Resources team as a Human Resources Coordinator located in Chongqing, China.
In the role of Human Resources Coordinator, you will significantly contribute by assisting line managers in various areas including employee relations, compensation and benefits, leadership development, performance management, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a comprehensive range of HR services to employees from onboarding to contract conclusion, addressing all employment-related matters.
- Facilitate HR services to enhance the overall employee experience in designated departments.
- Address HR inquiries from Head Office and Regional Office in collaboration with Local Managers.
- Generate HR documentation for recruitment, promotions, appointments, and salary evaluations.
- Ensure strict compliance with local legal requirements.
- Oversee the recruitment process in conjunction with Local Managers.
- Guarantee effective induction and onboarding for new hires.
- Assist with performance management and disciplinary procedures.
- Compile HR reports as required by Regional HR Management.
- Monitor and coordinate employee Annual Leave Balances, sick leave, updates in Oracle, and maintain Personal Files.
- Ensure the smooth execution of HR and Administration policies.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support HR records and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the local Global Business Services team in managing payroll and related reporting.
- Handle correspondence, organize conferences/workshops, manage travel, budget, payroll, explain policies, and coordinate support services.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of HR experience in a fast-paced, multi-site, and ever-evolving environment.
- Familiarity with employment law and compliance regulations, including health and safety.
- Experience in supporting recruitment efforts, investigations, grievance and disciplinary matters, and providing HR guidance to Line Managers on company policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential for this position.
