Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming product quality issues, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure new projects meet quality standards through rigorous quality assurance processes.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Standardize processes and maintain quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and follow up on internal audits to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure national business quality assurance standards are met.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the quality manager.

Requirements:

  • College degree in a relevant field, such as material sciences.
  • More than 3 years of experience in quality control and/or quality assurance.
  • Business experience in surface treatment is a plus.
  • Internal auditor certification for ISO 9001 is a plus.
  • Ability to read and write English at a competent business level.
  • Proficiency in computer and office software.
