As the Head of 3D Fashion Design, you will spearhead the creative engine in Wuxi, China. Lead a team of visionaries and experts, combining the power of 3D tech with forward-thinking fashion design. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a design strategy that stands out in the market.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of designers and 3D pattern makers.
  • Own the design process from sketch to finished product.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, product development, and sales teams to bring your designs to market.
  • Drive the adoption of game-changing 3D tech in the design process.
  • Stay ahead of trends, keeping the designs fresh, exciting, and ahead of the competition.
  • Present cutting-edge collections to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Focus on innovation, efficiency, and profitability because design is about creativity and business impact.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of leading design teams and turning market trends into best-selling products.
  • Deep expertise in fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction.
  • Mastery in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D CAD tools (CLO3D).
  • A solid background in patternmaking (2D and 3D) with an eye for detail and construction.
  • Bachelors in Fashion Design (Masters is a bonus) and at least five years of industry experience in active, performance, or lifestyle categories.
  • Top-notch leadership and communication skills you know how to inspire and lead a team.
