As a key member of our team at Advanced Sterilization Products, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our product line. Your expertise in marketing strategy and brand development will be instrumental in shaping our brand's presence in the market.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product adoption and brand awareness, working closely with our Marketing Head to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, market trends, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to inform our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Head to plan and execute new product launches, ensuring seamless global and cross-functional communication, timely execution, and effective sales enablement.
  • Provide marketing support to our sales team to drive sales target achievement and market share growth, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
  • Design and execute marketing events that effectively communicate our brand message and deliver high customer satisfaction, all while managing costs within budget.
  • Develop and maintain key opinion leader (KOL) relationships to secure endorsements for our ASP product.
  • Lead and manage sales funnel activities, including new customer information collection, business opportunity tracking, and funnel stage tracking with our sales team to improve win rates.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree, with an MBA a plus.
  • At least 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in marketing or sales, preferably in medical devices, especially equipment sales.
  • Excellent oral and written English ability, with a CET-6 certificate.
  • Proficient in using routine computer software, such as MS Office.
  • Good data processing ability, with proficiency in Excel or Access a plus.
  • Willingness to travel when required, including weekends.
